Artificial Intelligence And Sustainability

Recently, we hear these two terms frequently: 'sustainability' and 'artificial intelligence.' Words that are frequently heard quickly lose their original meanings. They begin to leave in the mind only the associations created by the contexts in which they are used. This work, in one aspect, can be seen as an effort to repair the semantic erosion of these terms. However, it would be more appropriate to view it as a scientific platform where the compatibility or incompatibility between sustainability goals and the way of life and work offered by artificial intelligence technologies are discussed.A wide range of researchers from different fields present their thoughts on the subject for the reader's consideration through this book. We will be looking at the same thing from different angles. Sometimes, we will think with established concepts. Sometimes with new concepts; we will try to see what is latent, what may be revealed in the future. We will be optimistic at times and pessimistic at others. It is certain that we will not find answers to all the questions, but one thing is clear: we will have increased the number of questions in the reader's mind that are waiting for an answer.
